The technology works on road cars of all engine capacities. We have a suitable Vortex Exhaust^TM for all vehicles that will improve your all round motoring performance. From a Mini up to a top of the range BMW we have developed a Vortex Exhaust^TM Resonator to suit. Vortex Exhaust^TM Resonators designed for road cars are suitable up to approximately 250bhp* and past that a Vortex Exhaust^TM Sport Resonator should be used. Our agents or vortex engineers will explain what you need when you tell them what make and model car you have. Our agents are able to fit a full stainless steel exhaust system incorporating a vortex that will pay for itself over time.

With this technology your fuel consumption will be reduced dramatically saving you money at the fuel pump. More importantly your engine will actually run cleaner giving other maintenance benefits as well as a benefit for the environment by reducing your carbon footprint. We have Vortex Exhaust^TM Resonators to fit practically every car.

Most modern cars have computer systems that govern tuning and these allow self-learning of tuning to cater for variable conditions and variable fuel quality. The Engine Management Systems (EMS) on these vehicles often self-learn quickly as you drive your car. This process of learning can also be achieved by dismantling the battery terminals overnight to power down the EMS. The self-learning software will find the best map for running your engine with the vortex, but might limit gains to only 10% or 15%. Cars with programmable EMS software require reprogramming to get the optimum from the vortex. As with other applications the vortex exhaust technology works on diesel, turbo diesel, petrol, and gas conversion vehicles. You can expect an increase of 10% power, 15% torque and between 10% and 25% in fuel savings after fitting a Vortex Exhaust^TM Resonator.
