Fitting Our agents are experts at fitting stainless steel exhausts or modifying exhaust systems to fit our Vortex Exhaust Resonators. The time taken to fit a Vortex Exhaust will depend on the type of car you have. Often the work will take less than 90 minutes, but some complicated double exhaust systems will take longer.
Motor homes
Ordering Most mufflers are available from stock at our fitting agents. In the event they do not have stock of the Vortex Exhaust Resonators you require in most cases we can make delivery within three working days. If you contact us directly we will point you in the direction of the nearest agent to you that has a fitting ramp and height clearance able to lift your vehicle.
Fitting Our agents are experts at fitting stainless steel exhausts or modifying exhaust systems to fit our Vortex Exhaust Resonators. You will normally need a visit to the agent for a pre-fitting inspection of your exhaust so they can evaluate the amount of work required and give you a quotation. The time taken to fit a Vortex Exhaust will depend on the type motor home you have and the number or bends required in the system. Often the work will take less than 90 minutes.
Light Commercial Vehicles
Ordering We aim to fit Vortex Exhaust systems in batches and would arrange a work flow that you are comfortable with. Most Vortex Exhaust Resonators are available from stock. In the event they do not have stock of the muffler you require in most cases we can make delivery within three working days.
Fitting Fitting will be carried out at one of our specialised fitting centres and they will arrange with you a fitting schedule. Our agents are experts at fitting stainless steel exhausts and you can expect systems to be fitted with care.
Trucks, Buses and Coaches
Ordering For many commercial vehicles we make Vortex Exhaust Resonators to order. We will require full details of the vehicle. We stock all of the components necessary to manufacture vortex mufflers for most vehicles and be able to deliver within four weeks of confirmed order.
Fitting Our commercials fitting agent will come to your premises with all of the equipment necessary to fit the Vortex Exhaust Resonators to you vehicles. You can schedule the fittings to suit your needs provided we are able to fit to at least three vehicles per day visit. Alternatively we can at your request train your fitters to do the fitting.
Marine Vessels
Ordering In many cases you will be ordering a system for only one vessel at a time, and you will require the stainless steel exhaust piping as well as the Vortex Exhaust Resonator. If you run a boat yard we will be very happy to send someone to see you and discuss fitting a system to a new boat or replacing a system on a boat in for repairs or conversion to a vortex system. We will need to measure the dimensions and then this can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to complete from the time of the confirmed order to fabricate the exhaust components for your application.
Fitting Our marine applications fitting agent will come to your premises with all of the equipment necessary to fit the Vortex Exhaust Resonators and work with you to assemble all the system and place it in the engine room.
Motorbikes
Ordering Products for motorbike applications are currently in development. For some motorbike applications a Vortex Exhaust Resonators will suffice. If you intend to use the muffler in racing we can make the box to order.
Other applications
Ordering Our agent will visit you at your place of work by appointment. In many cases we will be able to supply a Vortex Exhaust Resonator from stock, especially for engines with a cubic capacity less than 4 litres. For bigger engines or turbines in most cases we would need to manufacture a Vortex Exhaust Resonator especially for your application.
Fitting Depending on the application we can send an engineer to assist or make the fitting.
